Will the Supreme Court of Texas take the court case of BFI Waste Systems vs. Martinez Environmental Group and the City of China Grove?

We certainly hope not!

Insufficient site-operating plans have already been ruled on by the Stat District Court and the Appellate Court system.  It is time that justice be served and for BFI to correct their operational procedures.  BFI's petition to the Supreme Court should be denied as a matter of law.
