San Antonio City Counsel passes a resolution warnings their "Bad Neighbor" BFI.

Read the resolution!  The city of San Antonio has taken steps to place BFI on notice to limit the height of the Tessman Road Landfill.

"...the city also asks BFI to voluntarily limit the height of its landfill to the former maximum elevation of 756 ft. msl (mean sea level)..."

The cities of Converse and Kirby along with NENOD also submitted their written support of this resolution.

Opposition to this expansion has not diminished.  In fact we are seeing more opposition to the landfill appearing in local papers and other media.
