Letters letters letters!

There have been a flood of letters written in response to the TCEQ's plan to change the site operating plan requirements for landfills.  Its easy to see why this concerns so many communities and organizations in Texas.  Even the TCEQ's OPIC is against it!  As time permits I wil post more of the letters here.
