GN0-03403: Martinez Environmental Group, City of China Grove, and Don McKenzie v. Texas Natural Resource Commission

Its now official, cause GN0-03403 has a judge.  It looks like the courts will have a say in this expansion process.  Unlike the administrative law judges appointed by the TNRCC, judge McCown is part of the Travis County court system.
