Is this another brick in the wall against BFI?  There is now scant support for BFI within the San Antonio vicinity.  Organization after organization and city after city has taken a stand against BFI's operations at the Tessman Landfill. Despite BFI's push to visit, persuade, and  otherwise weaken the opposition there has been growing support for the people of eastern Bexar county.  Now comes this resolution from the Bexar County Commissioners Court.  It is clear that the sun is setting on permit 1410-C and BFI will find itself with little support when it applies for a new permit.

I personally thank BFI for botching permit 1410-C.  If it were not for their oversights and ill-conceived site operating plan the people of eastern Bexar county would not have this chance to rally such large support.
