Last October these pictures were taken on and around the Tessman Road Landfill.   We are use to seeing the normal sites of the landfill.  Large machinery climbing up the mountanous berms that suround the landfill are not uncommon.

What was a suprise to find was the construction going on in the not yet permitted area of the landfill.  These photos show the road construction taking place in the southwest portion of BFI's property.  While we do not have an official explanation of this large scale construction one can only wonder if BFI is readying their property for the expansion.

We must keep in mind that this is BFI's property and as long as they do not begin containing trash in these areas they are not breaking any laws.
