Three resolutions in February!  The momentum is still going strong.  In the past few years since this permit has been applied and granted there has been NO increase in support for BFI.  To the contrary, there has been a severe erosion in BFI support base. There is no longer a city in the vicinity that supports BFI.  Even the County has changed its public support.  And in a grand final blow to BFI, a state district judge has ruled that the site operating plan used in permit 1410-C is not adequate and sufficient to conduct day to day operations.
