What does this mean?  It means that barring any appeal, and TNRCC is not going to appeal, there is little life left in 1410-C.  The question raised now is what will BFI do to remedy the situation?  TNRCC now knows 1410-C was a bad permit--it has been told so in court.  BFI must and should pick up the pieces and work with the surrounding communities to create a plan that is acceptable.  To do anything less is to continue down the same road of insolence to its neighbors.
